I found that in the User Manager that I could grant the created user FTP service ability, but this did not fix the issue. But once connected, all I see is a file called. I got connected to the cPanel host using the dedicated IP address. So far, I've created an FTP user (to use with filezilla), created a database and imported the tables from the website into the newly created database.
